Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from the United Kingdom.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, the order may already be processed for shipping. Once your order arrives, it can still be returned for a refund in accordance with our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
International Orders: 7–14 business days
